- Your account has been terminated due to policy violations

- You have used the Service extensively beyond normal trial usage
- You are requesting a refund for fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse

Access After Cancellation

- After the period ends, your account will be downgraded to free tier (if available) or locked
- Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation for download/export purposes
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
💾 Data Backup Reminder
Export and backup any important data before canceling your account. We cannot restore deleted data after the 30-day retention period.

If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution instead of requesting a refund through our official process:
- We will dispute the chargeback and defend our position
- If the chargeback is upheld, your account will be permanently terminated
- We may pursue legal action to recover chargeback fees (typically $15-$100)
- You will be blacklisted and unable to create future accounts with us
